OUR REVIEW
Tarrazu Forte is a pretty enjoyable Arabica pairing intensity with subtlety. With an intensity of 8 out of 10, it certainly packs a punch while revealing its fruity – feels like dark berries – and slightly spicy taste. It also leaves you with a salty aftertaste.
COFFEE PAIRING
- Activities: Good to start your day with a kick and to follow up with a few more cups whether it’s for coffee breaks or to accompany you while reading or working.
- Music: Once again, I’ve been in the mood for French music, this time going for the quite confidential singer/actor Louis-Ronan Choisy and most particularly his album Crocodile and the song “Chocolat” – you’ll see why below.
- Food: As suggested in the song mentioned above “Chocolat”, croissant, brioche and chocolate will finely complement Tarrazu Forte’s flavors and intense experience.
