INDIA CAPSULE REVIEW
Fans of the excellent 2015 limited edition Monsoon Malabar – we gave it 5 stars at the time – should rejoice as this Master Origin India capsule provides a similar experience while upping the intensity from 8 to 11.
India is dark, intense affair with a straightforward woody and spicy flavor which leaves you with a long lasting salty finish. As you can imagine, this one more particularly caters to die-hard espresso drinkers and might be too strong for casual drinkers even though you can dilute it as a lungo cup.
COFFEE PAIRING

- Activities: You can have it for breakfast and throughout the morning but its caffeine might catch up with you.
- Music: I’ve been listening to 80’s New Wave band Psychedelic Furs’ dark intense tunes which are a good fit for this one.
- Food: Go with something chocolaty like a biscotti as anything too sweet will get overpowered by this coffee’s strong flavor.
